Dear Dr. Trump...

I was fascinated by your advice yesterday. After your informative press conference, I tried your bleach suggestion, I mixed Clorox with a packet of instant lemonade in a beer glass. I couldn't get it down.

Knowing it would protect me, I came up with a solution, multiple small doses. I put 10 packets of lemonade mix into a one-gallon jug of Clorox, then put the jug in my freezer, it was a tight fit, so I ate the gallon of strawberry ice cream I had to remove to get the bleach mixture in the freezer.

Two hours later, I poured the chilled mixture into a shot glass. Using the shot glass method the chilled bleach was easy to get down, I didn't know the exact dosage you'd recommend. I figured 10 shots would be a good initial dosage.

When my wife came home from work, she's an ER nurse, she said, "What the hell are you doing with that bleach and look at the mess you've made in the kitchen!"

At that point, I couldn't talk and my eyes were watering, I was so weak, I couldn't get off the floor. My wife said, "You're a disgusting bastard, spending your day drinking and watching Fox news, I'm going to bed and this mess better be cleaned up before I go back to work tomorrow."
Sir, I was unable to respond.

Dr. Trump, by this point, my stomach felt like it was on fire, every time I belched the lining of my throat feels like it's going to fly out of my mouth, my head is pounding, my ears are ringing, I have chest pains and I'm having trouble breathing.

Luckily, several hours later, my wife got up to pee and when she finished, she checked on me, I was curled in a ball on the kitchen floor. She assessed the situation, cut a ten-inch section out of my new garden hose. jammed it on the turkey baster and pumped my stomach right there on the kitchen floor. When she finished, she said, "It's a damned good thing you ate a gallon of ice cream before you drank that shit, otherwise I'd be calling the coroner." With that, she stomped off to bed and locked the door.

Dr. Trump, I'm still shaky and the headache won't go away, I can breathe somewhat better. I am concerned about the continuing chest pain, I asked my wife about it, she said, "You're an idiot, don't talk to me."

Since she left for work, I've been thinking, what do you think about using powdered bleach in time-release capsules? Could you have Jared look into that? Maybe bleach in suppository form? Although after my morning sit-down I did notice some blood, so maybe that isn't a good idea.

My neighbor Larry and I are working on mercury battery-powered UV lights. Larry thinks if we use those small disc-shaped mercury hearing aid batteries attached to a UV bulb we'll be able to get the powerful disinfecting light inside our bodies.  Larry and I know the batteries will be easy to swallow (we both swallowed two yesterday after your press conference) they go down nicely with a good gulp of beer. Larry wants to know if you have a source for small UV light bulbs so we can further our research.

I've attached my contact information, so it will be easy for Jared to get back to me.

Thank you and God Bless you, sir, I'm a big man (my wife says that's what saved my fat ass from bleach poisoning) and I have tears in my eyes.

Treason Live on International TV...

I watched our *president on International television this morning side with Vladimir Putin against his own country...

"I  have great confidence in my intelligence people, but I will tell you  that President Putin was extremely strong and powerful in his denial  today," said Trump, repeatedly denouncing the special counsel  investigation into Russian interference efforts, which intelligence  officials warn are ongoing.
"I don't see any reason why Russia would interfere in the 2016 election," Trump said.
trump said, as he has countless times, that there was  "no collusion" between his campaign and the Russians. "We ran a  brilliant campaign and that's why I'm president," he said.

Then there was this bullshit...
Trump said he held "both countries responsible" thinks the  United States has been "fooling" and that "we're all to blame."
"The probe in a disaster for our country. There was no collusion at all."
Putin, speaking through an interpreter, once again denied what he  described as "so-called interference of Russia." He called it "nonsense"  and insisted the Russian state had never interfered and would never  interfere in the American electoral process."
Then Putin offered to "help" the United States get to the bottom of this.
Putin sounds like OJ when he said he was going to find the "real killer"
Russia is a 4th rate country, terrible economy, well behind Italy, their economy is based on extraction industries, they don't make anything worthwhile. Their military is suspect, old equipment, bad leadership and a weak navy. Who knows if their nukes even work anymore.
Ask yourself, when's the last time you ever bought anything made in Russia. Even the oligarchs can't get their money out of Russia fast enough.

Why trump's suck up to Putin?
It has to be money, he owes shady Russians a lot of it. He couldn't borrow from any American or any other major banks for years, except one, Duetsch Bank, one of the few major banks in the world that will handle money for Russians. Duetsch Bank has been fined heavily numerous times for money laundering.

Trump properties got cash infusions from Russian buyers, buyers who seldom if ever use their condos and apartments. There is a trump condo complex north of Miami, over 60% owned by Russian nationals, most of the condos are empty, the lights are never on.
trump settled a money laundering suit with the state of New Jersey, the inference was it was Russian mob cash flowing through his casinos.

If the republicans in the house and senate don't step up and do something, they are as complicit and bought and paid for as trump.
And there is no way in hell trump should get a vote on a Supreme Court Justice like Kavanaugh, who doesn't believe there are any restraints or legal jeopardy for a sitting president.

Fuck these guys and the NRA too, See the indictment today of the cute little Russian who has been rubbing up against  Wayne La Pierre?

Resist!

Sometimes keeping up is just so damn hard

From the "Facts" folder...

The new administrator of the VA has no administrative experience, none.

To replace David Shulkin, an experienced hospital administer who previously oversaw Beth Israel Medical Center and was a pioneer in patient centered care, Trump has selected … his personal physician. The one who says Trump is 6’3” and not obese.
The experience that the new head of the Department of Veterans Affairs has in running healthcare organizations appears to be limited to the running of himself. Dr. Ronnie Jackson finished medical school in 2004, and served a year in Iraq as an an emergency physician. From there he was appointed a White House physician in 2006, and has been there ever since.  Now he is running the 2nd largest organization in the Federal Government.

Beer Sales by millions of cans sold
Bud Light     35.250        16.2%
Coors Light   17.125       7.9%
Budweiser    14.375       6.6%
Miller Lite     13.240      6.2%
The vast majority of Americans drank no Bud Light in 2016.  In fact the total number of people who drank Bud Light at any point in the previous month during that year is estimated to have been about 28.5 million.  That, as it were, is the Bud Light nation — a nation not much smaller than Canada or California, whose residents imbibed an average of 409(!) Bud Lights in 2016.
Given the typical distribution of consumption within this sort of cohort, this means that the 10% of regular Bud Light drinkers who performed the most herculean feats — that is, a group made up of nearly three million people — must have each on average drunk many thousandsof Bud Light beers in the course of the year that.
I know a guy who averages roughly 22 beers a day or about 8,000 beers a year. Starts promptly at 7 each morning and rolls with a nice, mellow buzz all day long.

Random Thoughts as I Un-Ass a portion of the Connected World

I'm tired of being a product, tired of being sold to bidders who want me to buy stuff i don't need. I'm tired of when a facebook friend invites me to play Candy fucking Crush my stuff is put up for sale again. I'm tired of quizzes that data mine me , my family and friends, sure they're fun but, they slice and dice us even more, but most of all II'm tired of the lack of security of our personal information, Zuckerberg's attitude is, "That's What You Signed Up For" Facebook doesn't need me and I need them even less. Buh-Bye.

I was in the radio business for a huge part of my life, my generation put rock on FM at a time when the so-called smart/big guys didn't care about the FM band at all. They were blindsided by it's success.

Two things happened to radio, the first was deregulation that gutted the ownership rules and the ensuing increase in station evaluations. The investment bankers and venture capitalists poured into the business with huge bags of borrowed money and now the loans are due and they can't pay them. The VCs and Bankers never missed a paycheck but the employees have and will. I hope the station values crash and creative people can get their hands on them again.

In the past few weeks, Mitt Romney's company Bain Capital has declared bankruptcy for three of their major investments, IHeart Media, Toys R Us and Guitar Centers. Romney,s MBA financial engineers extracted over 400 million dollars in fees from IHeart alone, toss in the other two companies and the fees approach a billion god damn American dollars. Once again who will pay the price for these colossal fuck ups? The employees and the small shareholders.

Elliot Broidy, the deputy finance director of the Republican National Committee is a convicted felon. Let that sink in for a minute. Okay?

From the NY Times:

An investor and defense contractor, Mr. Broidy became a top fund-raiser for Mr. Trump’s campaign when most elite Republican donors were keeping their distance, and Mr. Trump in turn overlooked the lingering whiff of scandal from Mr. Broidy's 2009 guilty plea in a pension fund bribery case. After Mr. Trump’s election, Mr. Broidy quickly capitalized, marketing his Trump connections to politicians and governments around the world, including some with unsavory records, according to interviews and documents obtained by The New York Times. Mr. Broidy suggested to clients and prospective customers of his Virginia-based defense contracting company, Circinus, that he could broker meetings with Mr. Trump, his administration and congressional allies. Mr. Broidy’s ability to leverage his political connections to boost his business illuminates how Mr. Trump’s unorthodox approach to governing has spawned a new breed of access peddling in the swamp.

"What's Goin On"

Interview with with a young "edgy" Nazi in suburban Dayton, Ohio...

“I think he was a guy who really believed in his cause,” he said of Hitler. “He really believed he was fighting for his people and doing what he thought was right.”

Just a normal everyday American with a wife and a cute dog...wears jeans and 100% cotton t-shirts. Yeah and the Auschwitz guards loved their wives and kids too and obviously didn't bring their work home either.

....The New York Times, for God's sake...they tried to normalize the son of a bitch.
https://www.nytimes.com/2017/11/25/us/ohio-hovater-white-nationalist.html

See the nice young man chanting about Jews in Charlottesville? The Aryan looking guy, He's right up front, you can't miss him. He whined that his fellow students ostracized him when he got back to school after returning from the little Nazi get together last summer. Too bad asshole.

Our president* said "There's fine people on both sides." No there aren't you dimwit.

I grew up knowing for sure Nazis were bad. Then again how bad could they be when their uniform buttons bore the inscription "Gott mit uns". In case your German is shaky it means "God is with us".

They were good Christians just like you and your neighbors. So how bad could they really be?

The guy in the Times story has a dog he loves, just like you do, obviously he can't be a bad guy can he? he's a dog lover, So was Adolf fucking Hitler!

This is not normal...you start with Limbaugh, Glen Beck and Alex Jones and you end up in the Storm Front sewer. And you end up with this guy as an Assistant to the president*? Of course he's been shit canned...but.

The medal on the right is his father's Nazi collaboration medal.

A final note...look and sound familiar?

I rest my case, I can't wait for the "yooouge" military parades, how about you?

...Thanks to Marvin Gaye for the title.

Deep Shit, a transition recap...

We are a day away from Donald J. Trump becoming the 45th President of the United States of America. Here is how the Make America Great Again team is doing so far..

Billionaire Betsy DeVos the nominee for Education Secretary has donated money to 10 of the 12 Republicans on the committee tasked to vet her for the job. That, not to mention she doesn’t know jack shit about education.

Dimwitted ex-Texas Governor Rick Perry, the guy who wanted to eliminate the Energy Department, will be replacing this guy, Ernest J. Moniz, who was chairman of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology physics department and directed the linear accelerator at M.I.T.’s Laboratory for Nuclear Science. Before Mr. Moniz, the job belonged to Steven Chu, a physicist who won a Nobel Prize. Mr. Perry didn’t know that the Energy department is responsible for the maintenance and up grading of our nuclear arsenal. Perry thought he was going to be, in his words, “Ambassador of Oil and Gas.”

Health and Human Serves nominee Congressman Dr. Tom Price of Georgia has admitted to charges of insider trading on the stock of a medical device manufacturer.

I could go on and on but all you really need to know is this. Overall, out of 690 positions requiring Senate confirmation tracked by the Washington Post and Partnership for Public Service, Trump has come up with only 28 people so far.

This is not normal, this is not the way things work. This is not draining the swamp.

The Obama administration has prepared thousands of briefing papers for the new administration; Team Trump has not acknowledged their receipt. This is not normal or in the best interests of our country.

Trump is taking the weekend off after he’s sworn in, he’ll probably go to Mar a Lago or back to Trump Tower after showing up at a few parties. He says he’ll get to work on Monday. What if something happens?

This is not normal, this not the way things work, this is not draining the swamp and this is not “Make(ing) America Great” again.

Remember the hullabaloo about Hillary giving speeches to Goldman Sachs executives? It was an OMG situation. Bill O’Reilly looked like he was going to stroke out. Bill doesn’t seem the least bit concerned that 6 Goldman Sachs executives have joined the new Trump administration…6 of the bastards.

We are in deep shit kids…

He, TRUMP!

Hope you're happy Republicans, because here is your standard bearer this November....

Trump today in Indianapolis:

"When our country continues to go forward even when it has massive problems, massive deficits .. our country is being taking advantage of and eventually our country is going to be in such trouble and I'm not going to use because I would never use the word, that our country is going to die. It's going to be a much different place if we don't get smart very, very quickly on trade, on defense.

(Applause)

We have to build our military strong, we have to build it big, strong --- powerful!!  So that we're not messed with. Look at what Putin's doing in Russia with nukes! You look at what Putin is doing in Russia with his military! It's modernized. They're building all over, wherever they feel they need they put! We don't do that! We're getting smaller, smaller, weaker, weaker. WE HAVE TO BUILD UP OUR MILITARY. WE HAVE TO MAKE IT STRONG![ WILD APPLAUSE.]

We're gonna build the wall. [Audience chants "Build that wall! Build that wall!"]

Those are direct quotes, btw. Here are a few more:

"Here's the story folks: our country doesn't win anymore, We don't win on trade, we can't even beat ISIS. Can you imagine if you gave the word to General Douglas MacArthur to knock out ISIS? It would take him three days.

General George Patton who was not a politically correct person so he could probably never be a general as colonel probably couldn't even be a sergeant or a corporal. General George Patton. You say, General? Knock out ISIS. Yes sir! Three days later, "where's ISIS they're gone..."Oh, and "we should have kept the damn oil. "

Then he says we're going to kill oil truck drivers. Then he talked about how much he loves waterboarding, how he's stop Carrier from moving to Mexico.

.....And be sure to make America great again.

That 35% import tax he is talking about? Will if have an effect on his clothing made in Mexico or in China, Malaysia or Viet Nam?

Slut Control

Cakes and I watched the Trump town hall last night on MSNBC. Trump and Chris Matthews got into it several times.

About 10 minutes in, I turned to Cakes and said, "Trump sounds like the drunk guy sitting next to you in a bar."

When it was over, we turned the volume down on the TV, we talked about what Trump said about abortion. He claims to be Pro-Life and abortion should be illegal. Matthews said, "if it's illegal, should there be penalties for women who get an illegal abortion, Trump said "Women deserve 'some form of punishment' for abortion.

Matthews asked, Jail? Trump hesitated, "yes". Matthews asked, "What about the doctor? should there be penalties?" Trump, realized he was getting into deep water, began to back off, but he endorsed penalties for doctors, then backed off again, then he backed off on penalties for women and tried to change the subject to the Catholic church's positon on abortion, he questioned Matthews about his Catholic faith, Matthews said, 'yes I'm a Catholic, I look to the church for guidance on moral issues, not the law." Trump pressed Matthews to no avail.

Then Matthews asked Trump if the man involved with the woman getting an abortion should be held responsible as well. Trump said "No."

There you have it. Men are not responsible, not for the pregnancy, not for anything. In short, it's the slut's fault she got pregnant. Guess what? Trump is no different then Cruz or Kasich on abortion, he's just more clumsy or maybe he's more honest. Personally I don't think he cares one way or another, the Pro-Life people are just another reliable voting bloc for Republicans.

When you drill down on the political side of the Pro-Life position, it's really about control of women. The Republican politicians don't really care about abortion, it's an emotional issue that gets them votes.

The Right to Life movement's long term target is contraception. Before Griswold v Connecticut you couldn't buy a condom in New London, Hartford or any other part of the state, know when that was decided? 1965.

Condoms  used to have "For protection from disease only" printed on them. You know why? So these people could pretend that condoms weren't used for birth control.

Does anyone seriously think that any so called Pro-Life politician in this country with a 15 or 16 year old daughter knocked up by an unacceptable partner wouldn't get his or her little girl an abortion, legal or illegal? If you think they wouldn't, you're naïve or as dumb about sex as Bristol Palin.

Women are 52% of the registered voters in this country and I have no idea why you put up with this nonsense. The majority in this country agree with Roe v Wade, are you going to let a noisy, catered to minority take away a right women and men fought for, for so many years. Whether you like it or not, people have sex, women get pregnant and abortion is going to happen, legally and safely or illegally. It always has.

You need to vote for your best interests. You need to vote every time there's an election. You need to vote on every level, local, state and national.

Pay attention and vote.
